Know my Country

I'm not a superficial patriot, but as a child love to his mother, I love Chile. My country is an awesome place to live and to visit. Not in every country do you found this variety of weather and landscapes.

Chile has many unmissable places to visit. From the north to the south, Chile can really surprise you. In the north of Chile, we have the driest desert of the world, the Atacama's desert, and inside that desert, is located the moon valley, a landscape completely similar to the moon's surface, and in the same place we have the El Tatio's Geysers, a field full of volcanic fumarole that spit very hot water. Going to the south, Chile has awesome forests and natural shrines, with active volcanos and peacefull lakes where you can see the sky reflected in its waters. travelling to the south, we can find the old forts that saw the fights of spanishes against the mapuches and later, the cruel wars of the reconquest, in addition to the mistical island and incredible mountains.

But not only the landscapes are great in Chile, the food is awesome too. with a armonic mix of native and spanish food, Chile has an unique gastronomy. with groceries like "cazuela", "curanto", "caucato", in Chile you will become fat in a very short time. the people is really friendly and generous. You are welcome, if you came.

A COUNTRY I'D LIKE TO VISIT

Hello there, today I want to talk you about travels. For me, travels are incomparable experiences. I Love travel. And my biggest dream is that someday, I will go to India.

I love India, because it’s a country full of mysticism and wisdom. India is part of south Asia, and in this place ,with a great history, saw the origin of Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism and Sikhism, four of the more important religions of the world.
India has a great cultural value, and its history is really interesting. If I go someday, I will visit all the temples that I can.  I want to see the taj mahal, the golden temple of Harmandir Sahib, etc. I want to see the nature too. I want to see tigers and its rain-forest with all the endemics animals.
With all that, I want to see the memorial museum of Gandhi and visit the sacred places of the Buddhism that are located in India.

I like India for travelling, but not to stay. It’s a completely different place and the society isn’t opened to the foreigner. It’s very difficult to adapt to this.

good bye, it's all for a while. (166 words)

Getting around

Every day, I wake up at 6:30 and I take 1 hour to get ready to go out of my house. At this point, I must choose the way to get to the university. I can take a bus that move close to the medicine faculty or I can take the subway in Vespucio Norte station and get out in Cerro Blanco station. With these two options, I must walk a bit, and it takes the same time. Since I go out from my house until I arrive to the university, I spend 35 minutes.

Sometimes this is a difficult choice, because when I’m late, I don’t know what to do. I have 2 options that take the same time, but the bus isn’t very reliable, and the subway is always crowded. I don’t live far away from the university, and I can go cycling here, but it isn’t a safe way. The car drivers are aggressive and I’m not clever on a bike.
